- create room for the most powerful tool: synergy
- empower and inspire all Toastmasters generations to work together
- offer effective and attractive training
- support all clubs in achieving their own goals and excellence
Let's enter together the "new normal" and benefit from all the chances & possibilities of the future, playing a key role in Europe.
Club Growth Director

Christoph Wanzke
The best about Toastmasters? Learning new capabilities while having fun with friends!
Have you considered to share this with more people by starting your own club? Are you already an
experienced club builder?
As current Administration Manager of our District 95 I have experienced a healthy seed of club builders in
Denmark, Germany, Norway, and Sweden. I want to build upon this. Next year we’re going to bring them
together, creating a strong community of club builders to nurture weak and grow sustainable new
community and corporate clubs. Together we will be the flourishing District in the centre of Europe.
Club Growth Director

Katharina Zaiser, DTM
As Club Growth Director one of my goals is growth and building new clubs. I also want to focus on supporting our existing clubs by understanding the local needs of each Division.
After adapting to online meetings, we need to be prepared for the new normal. Whether this means supporting struggling clubs with knowledgeable club coaches or being prepared to going back to in-person meetings or meetings with online attendance.
In addition, I want to introduce new ways to attract members to Toastmasters, e.g. through extended usage of Speechcraft and Youth Leadership programs or adapting our ways of online marketing.

Division Directors

2021-2022 District Leadership Comittee Proposal
Division Director

Division A

Jens-Uwe Adler, DTM
Jens-Uwe (55), Toastmaster with heart and soul, DTM, Club President, Area Director, Division Director. My motto in Toastmasters is learning, growing and supporting others.
For the first three years I have learned from other Toastmasters. Since 2018 I have been giving support to others – and I keep learning in the process. In my second term as a Division Director I stand for clear-cut decisions and leadership with an edge striving for our common goal – strong clubs, a stable North Germany in the Toastmasters family, 100 % Pathways and 100 % EasySpeak.

Let’s walk this path together and continue our journey that we have begun last year. A strong North Germany means strong clubs, new clubs and new members, who will be profiting from Toastmasters.
Division Director

Division B

Åsa Rydhard, DTM
This past Toastmaster year in Division B has been a struggle, rebuilding clubs and lifting people's spirits as they struggle with online meetings and keeping their clubs going.
Coming year I wish that we continue the work to strengthen the division with more clubs, more members and more fun. I see it as an honour and privilege to inspire and lead the Scandinavian clubs into being the best clubs for our members. Using the culture of our area and its active members, we will find ways to bring people together. Despite the long distances we are joined in our hope to become better communicators and leaders!
Division Director

Division C

Sebastian Foltan
I would like to share the light that has come my way in the form of former Toastmasters (Presidents, Area
Directors, Division Directors, District Directors and members of various clubs around the world) and do a
small, personal part to ensure that our great organization comes through these dark times brighter.
Division Director

Division D

Olga Kutsche
As Division Director I will lead and support my team to become excellent candidates for the next Division
Director position. I will focus on membership experience of both, existing and new members, by thoroughly analyzing the needs of my clubs together with my Area Directors. We will strive to provide high quality education in Pathways and in the DCP program for members and the officers. In addition, the education for the officers will aim to boost new members' acquisition and existing members' retaining. Implementation of a solid mentorship structure will be one of our main goals.
Division Director

Division D

Deepak Nagaraj
I aim to realize my leadership potential by capitalizing on my strengths and experiences, at the same time encouraging and working together with the Division Leadership Team to realize its potential in driving sustainable growth and development of our Division. Over the course of the year, the team and I will work together with the predecessors; focus on identifying, understanding and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of our Division; establish new focus areas based on the opportunities and challenges the current situation brings to our Members, to our Clubs and to our Division.
Division Director

Division E

Tim Josef Speer
As my primary goal I want to establish mentoring for new members as standard in all clubs. It is in my experience the most effective way to support and retain members. Additionally, for the upcoming time with meetings in person, I will promote pecial events as online meetings, for example, speech marathons, debates, educationals and open house meetings. That will maintain easy visits, exchange and support among clubs. Furthermore, it trains our members in online communication. Having meetings in person as well as online will be a great opportunity for growth in members and clubs.
Division Director

Division F

Piyali Bhaumik
Division F is a constantly growing Toastmaster community with a culmination of very old and new clubs. It has the potential to continue growing in capacity & capability. In my role as the incoming Division F Director I would love to serve and support Division F in its continuous journey of growth, betterment, member engagement and member excellence.
