Philipp startet his Toastmasters journey in 2015 when he joined Stuttgart Toastmasters Downtown Club. Soon he shifted his focus from giving speeches to different leadership positions inside and outside the club. In 2018 he became Pathways Guide for the greater Stuttgart area. Since then he provides guidance about the new education program in webinars and workshops.

As a leader, it is essential to begin each team project with a clear end in mind. Setting goals and planning how to achieve them helps you to become a more effective leader.
