Beat the Clock Membership  Building Campaign is upon us!
Get your best membership building ideas in place and gear up to win Beat the Clock award.

What is it?
Can your club add five new, dual, or reinstated members between May 1 and June 30?

Applications and payments for members who join between May 1 and June 30 must be received at World Headquarters or online no later than June 30. Each member’s join date as listed on the application must be for May or June. The addition of transfer and charter members does not count toward “Beat the Clock” credit.

When Does It Run?
Program Dates: May 1, 2023 – June 30, 2023

What’s In It For My Club?
You’ll qualify to receive a “Beat the Clock” ribbon to display on your club’s banner.
Plus!! qualifying clubs earn a special discount code for 10-percent off their next club order. (fine print: The discount code expires six months from the date of issue and is not valid with any other offer.)

Invite your friends, family and co-workers to visit your club meeting. 

This is a perfect opportunity for your club to promote itself, gain members, and increase participation while also winning prizes. Some ideas to build membership:

• Have a Hybrid, Zoom or In-Person Open House meeting
• Reach out to members who did not renew during this last cycle
• Think about potential guests from outside your immediate geographic area

Winning clubs should allow up to 10 business days to receive their award if they are located in the United States, and up to 21 business days if they are outside of the United States.
