You are cordially invited to attend the 2023 District 95 Conference
which is taking place in Aarhus, Denmark on May 12th – 13th, 2023
with socializing activities on May 14th.
2023 is a symbolic year for our district: 5 years since the last reformation and 5 years of Pathways implementation, 50 years membership open to women, as well as 10 years Aarhus Toastmasters club chartering. There are many reasons to meet and celebrate. And not less reasons to embrace the future of our organization!
The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, which gives our members an equal possibility to attend the conference in person, as well as online.

There is the Standard Ticket, which includes the conference, contests, all workshops, conference drinks on Friday and Saturday (ad libitum throughout both days activities), lunch on Saturday and the gala event with drinks ad libitum throughout the evening.
The Standard Ticket price is 319 EUR available until March 30, 2023.
(price includes fees for Eventbrite services).
Following the tradition, there will be a lottery drawn of 20 Early-Bird Tickets of 275 EUR. All registrations until February 28th are part of the lottery. Information for reimbursement will be shared with the winners after the drawing.
Registration after 01.04.2023 is available for Last Minute attendees at a cost of 350 EUR.
For accompanying partners and Toastmasters who only want to attend the gala event but not the conference, a limited number of Gala-Only-Tickets are available for 99 EUR. This includes the gala event with drinks ad libitum. The gala dinner takes place on Saturday, May 13, 2023, evening.

Conference Venue and Accommodation
The Conference is taking place at the DGI House in Aarhus (DGI Huset Aarhus). The Conference venue is within 5-7 minutes walking distance from Aarhus’s main railway station (Address: DGI Huset Aarhus, Værkmestergade 17, 8000 Aarhus).
We made a special agreement with the Wakeup Hotel in Aarhus, located about 300 meters from the Conference Venue. The hotel is offering a 10% discount on their flexible price.

Rooms can be booked from 11.05.23 – 15.05.23, as long as they are available.
Bookings can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival, cancellation thereafter will cost a fee corresponding to the 1st night.
If you wish to stay at another place, there is a large range of hotels in Aarhus – from cosy hotels in the city center nearby the Conference Venue, near the water or in the countryside. Aarhus is also known for its camping places, multiple local Bed & Breakfast, Hostels, Airbnb , Cabins and Condos.

To make the conference as interesting and educational as possible, we are again looking for interesting and exciting workshops. If you are interested in running a workshop, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit the title, a short description (maximum 100 words), the presentation form – in person in Aarhus or online, and the language of the delivery.
