Brigitte Herder, DTM wurde 2008 Mitglied bei Speaker’s Corner in München und ist Mitbegründerin vom Redeclub-München. Von Anfang an war sie in verschiedenen Officerämtern für ihre Clubs tätig und war Area und Division Direktor. Zurzeit arbeitet sie als VPPR im Redeclub-München, Speaker’s Corner und bei MEAT. 2017 war sie als Pathways-Ambassador schon bei Ankündigung für das neue Ausbildungsprogramm Pathways in einem Teil der bayerischen Clubs unterwegs. Dadurch hat sie von Anfang an mit Pathways selbst gearbeitet und über Pathways informiert. Inzwischen hat sie schon fast 2 Pfade abgeschlossen. Die Mitglieder vom Redeclubs-München unterstützt sie in allen Fragen beim Einstieg und Umgang mit Pathways. Von daher kennt sie die anfänglichen Stolpersteine mit Pathways und die Fragen von erfahrenen Toastmastern beim Umstieg auf Pathways.

Then, based on your interest, we will step into the details of Pathways and the tool Basecamp. Of course there will plenty of time for your questions. Philipp startet his Toastmasters journey in 2015 when he joined Stuttgart Toastmasters Downtown Club. Soon he shifted his focus from giving speeches to different leadership positions inside and outside the club. In 2018 he became Pathways Guide for the greater Stuttgart area. Since then he provides guidance about the new education program in webinars and workshops.

Proactivity and expanding your circle of influence are traits which improve your leadership skills in your personal and professional life. As a leader, it is essential to begin each team project with a clear end in mind. Setting goals and planning how to achieve them helps you to become a more effective leader.
Last but not least, use your time wisely to become the effective and enthusiastic leader you want to be. With the wisdom to stay on track when stress and distractions get in the way, you can ensure that you and your team will create the awesome opportunities that will lead to your further development.

Andrea’s goal is to encourage the clubs, and their members, to attain excellent leadership skills in order to grow clubs. Fostering talent and being a mentor are both integral parts of leadership.
