Each event covers a new topic and explores different training skills. Are you an advanced communicator who needs to deliver training online? Come enjoy a safe, friendly place online where you can test and practice your online training material with Toastmasters colleagues. All present and past Toastmasters are invited to just come and watch. Or, come lead a short training. Just plan some 10-15 demonstration of some creative training exercise, demonstration, case study or role-play. Make it interactive and try using any of Zoom's interactive features: immersive view, focus mode, breakout rooms, PowerPoint as virtual background, and annotation collaboration on white board and other screen sharing options. Take us through the four steps of participative learning theory: experience, reflection, analysis and synthesis. (If you don't know what this is, don't worry; we'll help you.)
